1994 — The Beginning
Kitchen Outfitters was founded in 1994 in West Point, Mississippi as a small custom cabinet shop. From the very beginning, the company focused on delivering exceptionally high-quality custom cabinets paired with unparalleled customer service for customers in the Golden Triangle area.
This commitment to craftsmanship and service quickly built a strong reputation in the cabinetry industry. Kitchen Outfitters became known for delivering high-quality products in a timely manner while maintaining a level of customer care that set the company apart.
Growing Demand for Quality
As the business grew rapidly, the team recognized the importance of producing their own cabinet doors. Manufacturing doors in-house allowed Kitchen Outfitters to maintain strict quality standards and provide the level of consistency and service that their customers had come to expect.
1998 — Expansion into Cabinet Door Manufacturing
By 1998, the custom cabinet business had grown strong enough that Kitchen Outfitters was not only producing cabinet doors for their own cabinetry projects, but also began manufacturing cabinet doors for other cabinet shops that recognized the company’s reputation for outstanding quality and reliable service.
This growth led to the creation of a new division of the company: Advantage Cabinet Doors.

Advantage Cabinet Doors continued expanding year after year through word-of-mouth referrals and a reputation for delivering high-quality cabinet doors within a reliable timeframe.
Today
Many members of the original team, including founding family members, are still part of the company today. The same vision, quality standards, and commitment to customer service remain the foundation of both Kitchen Outfitters and Advantage Cabinet Doors.
